Handed out another 200 poboys today in New Orleans.  And we did another one a few weeks back that I did not post.  Many thanks to all the charters that donated some or all of their catch to this.  Many of the people we hand out food to are homeless or handicap.  And I can tell you first hand it helps them out.  Mentally as much as anything.  Just to have someone giving for a change instead of trying to take what they can is refreshing for people.  We need it now and again, all of us.

So if you have helped at all with this charity through donating fish or helping with preparation, Thank you very much!  Lets keep it rollin', next stop Claiborne and Esplenade.  And if you have any ideas of people in need in the city and a place to set up please contact me and let me know.

Here are some pics from this round.

The crew. Minus Destiny, who cut fish but could not make the hand out.

And Gabe who is poking his head into this shot.

This one did not go into poboys.  He went back into the marsh.

Got another charter tomorrow will most likely have another donation of fish to get us rolling again soon.
