This 25-30 MPH north wind will not give us a break!  Picked these guys up from their hotel in the french quarter with winds already howling. The fish are offshore and we can't get to um! No worries though, Joe and Steve from Oklahoma were determined to hear some drag pulling despite the conditions. I warned um it would be tough with dead low tide and north winds but we got afterum anyways. We were hearing those drags sing for the first hour we soaked bait. Bam bam bam fast action with Joe being the allstar until he let Steve in on his secret spot. Fun fishing with these guys. It was their first time fishing the marshlands down here and had a blast. They didn't need their fish so were also kind enough to DONATE ALL THEIR CATCH to our charity poboy giveaway. Thanks a lot guys this will go to people who need it! Had fun with these guys and they both caught their first ever redfish and packed the box with reds, drum, trout, and even some gafftops for the po-boy giveaway.
