Had a really fun day of fishing with David and Kasha, great company and anglers. They came in dark and early to beat the weekend crowds and we went long after big trout. Water clarity is perfect out in Breton right now. Not a fast and furious bite but we got on the big girls nice and steady all morning. And when they slacked off we spent our time boating some tasty sheephead. Heh I think Kasha liked to fatten them up before she pulled um in feeding them two or 3 shrimp off the hook first. But the lady knew how to fish I might even guess she put more meat in the boat then David. Tactics for the day were croakers 3 foot under a cork for big girls, and shrimp tight lined next to structure for the sheepies. Made for an excellent morning until the storms rolled in and chased us to the dock. Hit a couple rigs in Eloi on the way back but nothin' but tiny trout and hardheads, so we called it a day before our brains boiled from the heat.
