Really cool group hopped aboard with me out of Florida.  Came for a little taste of the Louisiana redfish action.  Fish have not really stacked in the marsh like they do in the late fall, so the crew had to hunt them down much like I assume they have to back in Florida year round. (direct our fishery is more fertile than yours shout out, no shame ;)  Got off to an awesome start with both Jess and Shayna catching beautiful marsh bullreds on the first stop.  Kevin was next to strike with what turned out to be the fish of the day,  Gave him a nice long fight on light tackle.  Then we had to go track down the rest.  Hit all kinds of ponds and shorelines to get everyone one beauty on the line.  Would have been a lot easier if the guys had brought their fish whistle but they forgot it, so we had to work for them.  The day had an awesome 9th inning home run with Justin catching one in the last pond we stopped in all the way in the back where a little drain was dumping some falling tide.  Really fun crew to fish with, I hope these guys come back to fish with me.
