Had a really fun group of guys down to fish with me about a week ago.  We had Adam, "The Ripper", Spencer "The Greenhorn", and Luke "The Finisher" on board.  They were different levels of experience but equal levels of enthusiasm.  Hilarious watching these guys in action, they were really pumped from the time we left the dockslip in the morning until we pulled back into it in the evening.  We got three kinds of fishing in.  With some hunt and peck casting on redfish in the marsh.  Which was Ripper's favorite.  Put us some beautiful marsh reds in the boat.  Then I was able to get the guys out to the jettie rocks for the next round.  There we long line trolled with croakers for an awsome bite on some bigger bull redfish hanging tight to the rocks.  And for round three we went all the way out to some rigs and got on an awesome bite on giant bull redfish up to35+lbs and a big bullshark pushing 100lbs.  Had these big bulls chummed up behind the boat and we were WATCHING them smoke baits dragged on the surface.  Awesome day!  Got to say it was a lot of fun fishing with these guys and all three are planning on making it back down soon for another dose of badass New Orleans area fishing.
