Taught the guys how to humanely kill a fish before putting them in the ice box. I do the same on all fish we catch, its a simple thing to do and saves the fish a lot of suffering. Some people do not understand it, but its a easy thing to understand, you do not want creatures to suffer anymore then they have to so if you kill them, do it quickly. (warning adult language and manly behavior)
