Had four Navy boys on board a few days ago. They were the lucky winners of a raffle they had at the base. We had Mike, Rich, Lee, and Rob on board for what turned out to be another great day of big fish action out in Breton Sound. From the first rig we set up on we had hook ups on bull redfish. And when we hit the third rig about 20 minutes later it was double, triples, and damn near quads all morning. We caught around 20 bullreds, some serious pounds of redfish, releasing them all but one of the smallest for each of them. Next stop was sheephead. We were not disappointed on that front either as the guys packed the 94qt cooler until you had to sit on it to close the lid. I think big fish titles for the day most likely go to Rob with a monster red and Rich with a goliath drum.

We had a really good day on the water, great conditions and bite was on from the get go. The guys were all good fishermen which helps get the day rolling. Hope their luck doesn't run out and maybe a couple of them win again and get to come back out for round 2.
