Another windy one yesterday! Monica and Aaron were inform west Texas and decided to take a day fishing with me in the marsh. It was cold and grey and windy but we had a great time out there. We would find one of two redfish or drum along the way just enough to keep us working for them. And by sticking to it and moving around got them a beautiful box of redfish, drum, and sheephead. We fished shrimp under corks against the bank once the tide got up. And I cannot tell you how many times Aaron and my corks would be on either side of Monica's when her's would go down, she would set the hook, and reel in another beauty for the box. The whole time me and Aaron were shouting couching tips, when in reality we lost twice or three times as many fish as she did. :D

Great time on the water with great folks, they said they are already planning on bringing back the kids for a day on the water. Hope to get some more sun and less wind next go around!
