Yesterday I decided to go up to Biloxi on my own and see how the bite was up there. I fished deep in the marsh in the morning catching some nice trout and a limit of slot reds on points with tide falling. Wanted to find fast trout action so worked my way into the bigger bays and got on a furious bite over oysters. Every cast... not big fish, most being 11-13 inches long but couldn't beat the action. And I caught 6 sheephead, 3 massive bullreds (15lb+), and 6 or 8 drum while catching the limit of trout. All on the bottom dragging a dropper rig with live shrimp over the oysters. 1/2 oz weight with double rigged hooked on dropper loops 1 foot apart. Had my limit of specks and reds and thought I would go for the trifecta. Motored back to the MRGO and starting hitting the pockets for flounder. Hit them at stop number 2 and big mama's were sliding into the boat every other cast. Left them biting when I got 10 I was proud of and took it to the dock. Not a bad bite when you can limit out on all three. Y'all give me a call and hop in the boat so we don't have to leave um biting!

Smallest of the three bullreds released.

Trifecta!
