Had a great time out on the water yesterday with a couple from Canada.  They work in a fishing lodge hauling in cold water critters from the great wild norths.  We had a great time sharing fishing stories as we made our way to Shell Beach.   Little battle plan and we were on our way to the fishing grounds.  They wanted to see a little bit of the Louisiana marsh so we started out deep in Biloxi.  Got on a couple bite with some nice sheephead and a few trout.  Most were small up in the marsh and the water was VERY LOW again so we made the move to do some more catching.  And that we did!  Hookup after hook up on big line stretchers.  Danica got us started with the first big mature redfish.  Dave and I were not far behind with a couple of our own.  Douples were common and we even managed to land a couple 12-15lb reds on 4lb ultralite crappie rod!  Next trip we make guys I want yall to guide me on some walleye.
