Had a fishing  partner team down for a couple days needed last minute guide and I was happy to get them out there.  Jimmy and Mike were really fun guys to fish with.  We just took easy and worked those fish over all morning and part of the afternoon up in the marsh.  Did not take us long to get a pretty box of trout together, hitting it just right at a spot I have not fished this year.  The guys put together a purdy box of specks while Jimmy made the hookset on our fish of the day as far as size.  Big ol'redfish stretched his line and pulled drag for a nice long fight.  Could have eaten him but Jimmy decided to let his worthy prey return to the marsh to make more redfish and fight another day.  Beautiful fish.  Mike got on a drag puller too that ended up being a Sheephead of signifigant size.  We continued to catch mixed trout and sheephead the rest of the day putting together a really purdy box of fish in absolutely perfect weather conditions with no bugs.  Great day of fishing with these fellers.  And now they got plenty of fish for their fish fry they do a few times a year back home.
