Had a great day on the water yesterday. Had a group of 4, Gray, Otis, Matt, and Parnell. Considering the impending storm I thought we would be lucky to even get in a day of fishing but put down the throttle and headed for the Sound none the less. First rig, shark week. Guys had a blast though were excited about catching their first sharks, which was not a problem. I was not excited about the ice chest so we made a quick move. Got on a fast and furious trout bite that was about 1/2 and 1/2 keepers to throw backs. Fast and furious though so we stuck with it landed 100 purdy speckled creatures with a couple macks and bullreds mixed in. Guys were hungry for big fish so made a move to the trash fish infested waters again in search of drag pullers. One red small enough to keep and a few sharks later the storm was barrelling in off lake P on my graph so we called it and headed to the barn. Fun day and was happy to beat the weather just got a little rain in MRGO home stretch.

Gray and Otis with a couple nicerns!

Otis was quality control...

Parnell with his prized Mack.

Gray supplied the redfish filets.

Otis trying to get fileted.

Haul of tasty critters.
