Had Pat and Beau back for round two and they brought another father and son team, David and Myles. We tried to head back to where we were on the fish day before yesterday but found only small trout mixed with catfish. Tried the surrounding area for a bit trying to stay protected from the 15mph west wind but no dice just baby gafftops everywhere we went. Wind started to slack up a bit so went out into Eloi to give it a go. Had to move around a bit but found one stop had a good bite for 50 or so specks. That tapered off just about the time some weather was comming in out of the Sound. We ran from that up in MRGO and found a good bite at a bay that was just sick with small pogies pouring out in the falling tide. Got our other 25 specks here and one monster bullred. David wanted him for the courtboullion so we boxed um. 94q cooler was packed and fellas we ready to head for the barn. Ended with 75 specks a couple whites and that one bull. Not too bad considering the conditions and the start we had.

Myles with a purdy marsh speckled trout.

The crew with our bull redfish 'o'tha'day.

Not a bad windy day haul.
