Found a limit of specks and reds at Hopedale couple days ago. Hit the trout offshore at the rigs in Breton Sound early. Caught smaller ones in close and biggest trout out near central rig and at the Gosier Islands. No trout on central rig itself though only ladyfish and hardheads.

Caught um at the island throwing plastic tight lined just before the wave break. Up inside at the rigs they wanted live skrimps and croakers 4' under cork or carolina rigged. Better size at the island better numbers on the rigs.

Redfish came sight fishing low tide on the way back through the Marsh in the Lake Coquille area. So shallow you could see their backs. Not fast fishing on the reds though... had to seeum to catch um. Anyone got a tip for me on where to find drum and reds with some fast action? Even if they are bulls just to get some stretch on the line after trout? Also curious about rigs infested with sharks... They put up a good fight if big enough, anyone run into toothy critters out there lately?
