Capt. Ed Williams has been fishing these waters with his father since he was a small child growing up in St. Bernard Parish. Ed has worked in the hospitality industry as a manager in both hotels and restaurants for over 12 years and has developed the highest standards for customer service. He is willing to go the extra mile to ensure every guests’ experience is one they will love and never forget. The Capt. is willing to do whatever it takes to customize your next fishing adventure, this may include providing transportation, lodging, allowing flexible hours for fishing, or catering to people with special needs. The current boat used on most trips is a 25 foot ShearWater bay boat, powered by a 300 horsepower outboard engine. This is one of the largest and fastest boats in its class. This boat allows for access into the shallowest ponds for chasing reds or busting through rough seas going out to Breton Sound. This boat features a powerpole, VHF radio, stereo system, and is rated by the coast guard for up to 9 people.
